About Us
Van Buren Emergency Medical Services is a non-profit organization serving southwest Michigan since 1987. Our ambulance services are owned and operated by Bronson Healthcare Group as part of a continuum of care that Bronson Lake View Hospital, Bronson Methodist Hospital, and Bronson Vicksburg Hospital bring to the community.

We offer a full range of services including:

  • Advanced cardiac and trauma transports.
  • Critical care and long distance transfers
  • Non-emergency ambulance transports

Coverage
Our ambulance coverage is based primarily in Van Buren County. Townships and villages include: Almena Township, Antwerp Township, Village of Lawton, Village of Mattawan, Southern Arlington Township, Lawrence Township, Village of Lawrence, Decatur Township, Village of Decatur, Hamilton Township, Paw Paw Township, Village of Paw Paw, and Waverly Township.

Our wheel chair van (Transportation Plus) covers Van Buren County and parts of Berrien, Cass, and Kalamazoo Counties.
